WHO WOULD BENEFIT?
The hardest argument to win is with ourselves, because whichever side we choose, we lose.
But…what if there was another option, one that could miraculously include both sides, or in some instance multiple sides of a conflict; finding a position where no one side is right or wrong, good or bad, excluded or set above. From this stance all aspects can be valued, heard, and taken into consideration. After all, a team works best when they play in harmony. Similarly, we operate best when all aspects of ourselves are also in harmony.
If there is conflict within, then harmony without is extremely hard, if at all possible. Intrapersonal Mediation has been successfully applied to internal conflict in many diverse areas of life from personal to professional, and from life’s purpose to emotional and mental wellbeing.
This is the work of Intrapersonal Mediation. A way to navigate through troubled waters where no one or no-thing is left out.
